==================================================================================
Here is the list of globally-defined SendRequest request codes, which are in
the range $0000..7FFF.

Do no assign a global code from $8000..FFFF; these are reserved for definition
within various name domains (anybody who invents a unique prefix string gets to
define the non-global codes any way the want to).

SUGGESTED CONVENTIONS

For requests that are mainly sent by a particular tool set, put the tool set
number as the high byte of the request code. If a particular toolbox call will
be sending the code, you can even put the function number in the other byte.
This gives things like $0502 being sent by DeskStartUp (toolbox function $0205).
So they don't match, but there's some order to it.

The $00xx codes are for random miscellaneous things. If the Tool Locator sends
any codes, they probably go here, since the $01xx codes are already taken for the
Finder.

If there is some reason to start in on a completely new range of codes, we can
work down from $7FFF quite a ways before we collide with system tool set numbers
(the highest tool set these days is Media Controller, $26).

A few of the codes are mnemonic in stupid ways, like $000E for Ejecting and
$000D for Force Undim. I'll try not to get too cute.
